Frank Ferrogine - President / CEO
Hometown: Red Bank, NJ
With over 35 years experience in the automotive industry, Frank learned the automotive business from the ground up. He broke into the industry as a sales representative in Baltimore and eventually a Volvo retailer. He is a graduate of the NADA General Dealership Management Program. Frank has been associated with Volvo since 1979 and in 1991 purchased Annapolis Volvo Subaru.
In 1999, Frank moved Annapolis Volvo Subaru from its West Street location to a newly constructed home just off Rt. 50 on Busch’s Frontage Road. Anticipating the growth of the Certified Pre-Owned Volvo and the Subaru brand, he created the only exclusive CPO Volvo Showroom in Maryland, after constructing a new exclusive Subaru flagship facility. He separated the franchises and relocated Annapolis Subaru to its current location in Annapolis in 2004. Since that time, Annapolis Volvo has been among the top retailers in the country for Certified Pre-Owned Volvo models and Annapolis Subaru has sold more new and preowned Subaru models year after year than any other Subaru retailer in the market.
In November 2008, Frank acquired the local Hyundai franchise that was struggling. Local buyers instantly responded to the customer service philosophies and freshened facility and the new staff’s attention to details.
In addition to Annapolis Hyundai, Frank is the President of Annapolis Subaru, Annapolis Volvo, Gateway Subaru and Chesapeake Cycles.
Active in the community, he is a current member of the Maryland Auto Dealers Association Board of Directors, Subaru of America Dealer Advisory Board and the BB&T Advisory Board. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of The Summit School and the Volvo Cars of North America Dealer Advisory Board.

Pat Wergin - General Manager
Hometown: Bel Air, MD
Patrick began his career as a 15 year old lot attendant at a Volvo Retailer working with our Owner and CEO, Frank Ferrogine. While attending the University of Baltimore, he maintained the position of Used Car Buyer for Annapolis Volvo. He is a graduate of the NADA General Dealership Management Program. Upon completion of his education, he became the Pre-Owned Sales Manager and in January 2003, became the General Manager overseeing all operations of Annapolis Volvo & Subaru. His experience will be an asset in his new challenge at Annapolis Hyundai.

Mike Mayfield - Sales Manager
Hometown: Santa Barbara, CA
Mike started as a part-time employee at Annapolis Volvo in 2001. While attending Towson University, he completed an internship at Annapolis Volvo. During this time, he willingly accepted various responsibilities to enhance his knowledge of the auto industry. After graduating in December of 2006, Mike became a welcomed full-time employee. Most recently, he was the Wholesale Coordinator for the largest Certified Volvo dealer in the East. Annapolis Cars will fully support Mike in his new challenge at Annapolis Hyundai.

Henry Hylton- Business Manager
Henry Hylton moved to the United States from Jamaica 23 years ago. In Jamaica Henry worked as Jamaican police officer and in insurance sales. Henry is a married father of six children, 3 boys and 3 gilrls. He also has seven grandchildren! Henry has a total of 19 years of experience in automotive retail. Starting in sales, Henry later moved into finance where he has been working ever since. Henry aspires to stay with the Annapolis Hyundai for longtime in order to support the company’s growth and expansion. We are very proud to have Henry with us here at Annapolis Hyundai.

George Sparks - Internet Leasing & Sales Specialist
Hometown: Houston, TX
After graduating from Sam Houston State University, George enlisted in the USAF where he obtained a degree in Electronic Systems Technology. In 1994, he moved to Annapolis. Prior to entering the auto business in 2001, George worked for 7 years in local health clubs in sales and management roles. He refined his auto sales skills while working at a Maryland Saturn dealership. He successfully performed duties in sales, internet sales and finance for 7 years. When not working, in the mornings he can be found in the Annapolis City Dock Starbucks reading and visiting with friends. He enjoys going to the beach, snorkeling, fishing and reading. His professionalism and experience is a welcomed addition to the Annapolis Hyundai Sales Team.

Robert Ross - Service Advisor

Since graduating Kent Island High School and Anne Arundel Community College, Robby has focused on gaining experience in the auto business. Over the last 5 years, he worked his way up from lot attendant at Annapolis Volvo to Service Supervisor at a local highline dealership. He successfully completed the JM&A Sales Service Consultant Certification earlier this year. He is a welcome addition to the Annapolis Hyundai Service Team.
